Katei Kubilah

If I had to describe Kubilah in one word, that word would be CREEPY. He looks and sounds like a child, but the guy is a psychopath, if there ever was one. Kubilah is a member of the Juuniratei. His powers are fire-based. He can also run extremely fast.
