Kuuya came to Tenkuujo at the age of 8, and was chosen as DappaOh at the age of 11. He is a good friend of Reiga. He is very devout and disciplined, usually seen meditating. He is very humble and rarely speaks, but when he does, he is always extremely polite.

Kuuya's techniques:

Dappa Suikourin (Dappa Water Wheel), which creates a giant whirlpool
Dappa Suiraisen (Dappa Water Lightning), which creates missles made of water and electricity

He is the only person who is capable of completely hiding his Sohma, so that it can't be detected by anyone. He can also hide other people's (their Shaktis turn white when he does). He can also make himself invisible.

Kuuya has one younger sister, Lebi, and three younger brothers, all of who, idolize him.
