Mayuri is the leader of the Genmushu. He and his partner, Sallas, are spies for Vishnu. Unfortunately, we don't get much background on either of them. Mayuri sometimes seems more concerned with protecting Sallas that doing his job and protecting Shulato.
The sound of Mayuri's bell can put his opponents to sleep or control their behavior. It can incapacitate entire armies in a matter of seconds. He can also teleport short distances. He was apparently supposed to have a Peacock Shakti, but it didn't make it into the anime.
