RasetsuTen Nirihari

Nirihari is the captain of Tenkuuden's defense forces, and is one of Indrah's underlings. He's pretty much a stereotypical slimeball. He's a Deva god, not an Asura god, and knows all about Indrah's betrayal, but he goes against Vishnu and sides with Indrah anyway, because he believes Indrah will win and wants to be on the winning side.

Nirihari's techniques:

• Rasetsu Meimarou (Rasetsu Illusion Ring), which cause his opponents to hallucinate and attack each other
