Vishnu is the Harmony Goddess of Tenkuukai. She is what keeps the land alive and prosperous. Without her, both Tenkuukai and Earth would eventually die. Virtually nothing about her background is known. She is always gentle and kind and never hesitates to help a creature in need, no matter how small. Because of this, she is greatly loved and revered by all of Tenkuukai.
She has the power the heal injuries and sickness. She can also ressurect or reincarnate Deva gods who've died. She was apparently supposed to have a Shakti, but it didn't make it into the anime.
