TenOh Hyuga

Hyuga is the leader of the Hachibushu, a role he takes very seriously. He came to Tenkuujo at the age of 8, and was chosen as TenOh at the age of 12. He is completely devoted to Vishnu, and used to idolize Indrah. Like most of the heroes in this story, Hyuga is devoted to his friends, especially his best friend, Ryouma (they've had several yaoi fics written about them :P). He despises people who are dishonest or dishonorable. Later in the series, there are hints that he possibly has feelings for Renge, but, it never goes beyond hints.

Hyuga's techniques:

• TenOh Suishouketsu (TenOh Ice Crystal Freeze)
• TenOh Goumakou (TenOh Crystal Rain), which creates missles of crystal.
• TenOh Etsubakou, which cause crystals to grow from the ground and impale his opponents. This first appears in OAV 4.
